Events going to bad bucket

Hi,

We are facing a issue where our few events are going to bad bucket, can you please explain what could be the reason for this. Please go through the below event which we have in bad bucket. there are many such events going to bad bucket :

Hello @rahul,

It seems that browser has not full support of PerformanceTiming API and attaches incorrect instance of its context.

I created a ticket to investigate this.

Until it is resolved you have several options:

  1. Disable PerformanceTiming
  2. Recover bad rows using Event Recovery

How many events are going to bad bucket with this error? I believe this should be extremely small.

Yes the number of bad events are less, but we are not able to capture page_view events on the same page as well. what could be the reason for this ?

Do those page_view events appear in bad bucket or do you believe it throws exception and therefore events aren’t landing to collector?
