I keep getting a lot of number of sessions with mobile devices classified as others, i check the os_name and it’s android but the mobile devices aren’t sorted correctly.
Any idea of what to do or any help with this subject ?

@Khaled_Seddik, the events table fields you are referring to are populated by means of user agent utils enrichment which is deprecated now (has not been maintained by the owner for a while). An alternative solution is ua parser enrichment. It, however, populates a dedicated table, com_snowplowanalytics_snowplow_ua_parser_context_1. Do note that this enrichment also relies on 3rd party library, specifically it parses useragent against this Regex file.
